| This service is treated much like a government audit. This service is frequently performed in anticipation of a government audit. The scope of the work will be defined in advance of an onsite visit. The documents and shipments to be reviewed will be specified before the consultant arrives. |

| Onsite Work | ||||||||
| The actual assessment onsite is a combination of physical plant tour, document review and interview of key personnel. An introductory session is held before the work begins with the management authorizing the work, during which the work papers containing the audit module is provided. Depending upon the scope of the assessment, executive briefings may be provided at the beginning or end of each workday. A final exit review is done during which preliminary findings are disclosed. A detailed written report is issued with specific findings and recommendations for improvement. | ||||||||
